Thanks for shopping at Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Online Store, in a Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Retail Store, or on the phone with the Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Contact Center, or in an authorized reseller/ distributor / or dealer store. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as the “Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Store” in this policy.)

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at a Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Store. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at a Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ ’s Privacy Policy and Legal Terms of Use.


We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For any undamaged and unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging in its original condition along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 5 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a calculated refund based upon the review of the product condition, any restocking fees etc and original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.

The following products are not eligible for return: any altered, modified, or used product, registered with road transportation authority, or driven products, damaged products, electronic software downloads, subscriptions to the Software-Up-To-Date program, Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Store Gift Cards, and any Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Developer Connection products.

For returns to a Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Retail Store for cash, cash equivalent, and check transactions over $500 or equivalent currency in respective country, Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ will mail a refund check to you within 10 business days.

Should you wish to return ten or more of the same product, you must return to the Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Store where originally purchased.

In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ will offer you a Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Gift Card or an equivalent instrument.

Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ provides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft.  If these features have been activated and cannot be disabled by the person in possession of the vehicle, Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ may refuse the return or exchange.

Thank you for placing a Reservation of our products. By making your Reservation, you have secured the approximate priority within your region for taking delivery of your product. Additional detail about the product delivery will be communicated to you separately. 

Your Reservation becomes effective when you (1) place your Reservation and (2) we received your Reservation Payment. 

While the Reservation secures the approximate delivery priority within your region, it does not constitute the purchase or order of our product. When the start of production for your Reservation nears, we will ask you to configure if applicable, or customize if any, then we create an order for your product purchased, and you will received Purchase Agreement indicating the purchase Price of the vehicle, plus estimates of any applicable taxes, duties, transport and delivery charges, and any other applicable fees or subsidies. If you proceed with the order, we will apply your Reservation Payment towards the order payment. Until you enter into a Purchase Agreement, your Reservation may be cancelled at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund of your Reservation Payment. 

You understand that we will not hold your Reservation Payment separately or in an escrow or trust fund or pay any interest on your Reservation Payment. Your Reservation is not transferable or assignable to another party without the prior written approval from Tau Lotus. 

From time to time, we will ask you to provide information so that we can perform our obligation, under these terms and condition. We will maintain your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy and Legal Terms of Use 

Our products may come with wireless connections; hence the wireless carriers have different service cancellation policies. Returning your vehicle may not automatically cancel or reset your wireless account; you are responsible for your wireless service agreement and for any applicable fees associated with your wireless account. Please contact your wireless service provider for more information.

Making unauthorized modifications to the software on a product violates the product software license agreement. The common term for modifying software is jail-breaking or piracy or bootleg, with a particular emphasis on the second part of that term. That’s why we strongly, emphatically, recommend that you do not do so. Really. Should you be unable to use your product due to an unauthorized software modification, its repair will not be covered under the warranty.

Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the Payment & Pricing information. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product in a Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Retail Store, please see a Manager for a refund of the overcharge.

Should Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ reduce its price on any Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ -branded product within 2 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to visit an Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Retail Store or contact the Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Contact Center at or given phone number on our website to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ within 2 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, or festival holiday promotional days.

Price protection is only available for up to 1 unit of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.

Prices shown are in regional currency and or equivalent to U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Center order, or at store order we’ll provide you with an email or a receipt of order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ ’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ cancels an order after you have already been billed, Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ will refund the billed amount.

Please review this section to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ ’s control once it leaves our facilities, Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time through appropriate registration process. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

Guaranteed shipping services

In some areas, you can also choose faster delivery options for an additional fee or pick up at designated distributors or dealers or authorized sales representatives.

Where available, you can choose a scheduled delivery service for each item in your order.

Delivery times may vary according to your selected address and item availability. A signature may be required.

The Ships time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays “Ships: 1 business day,” the item will leave our warehouse one business day after you place your order. While Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, items that are personalized, custom-configured, or more popular may have longer shipping times.

Occasionally, we will confirm shipping and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfil the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify you by email of the new shipping and delivery times.

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page or on order form before you complete your order. Courier Delivery from our Store cost includes tip.

You can find delivery costs at checkout, in the Order Confirmation email, and online when you view your order on the Order Status page.

As Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase in the Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ to resolve.

Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ may cancel it.

If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.

The Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

Products purchased online from Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ will only be shipped to addresses within the region of the country and are subject to that country and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations.

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Tau Lotus’s Wolfhound Motors™ will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
